V POWER
V POWER
This is not a cute little journal you leave untouched on a nightstand.
This is the one you open when you’re finally ready to be honest with yourself.
About what you want.
About what you tolerate.
About the patterns you keep repeating.
About the version of yourself you’re tired of performing.
I wanted to create something that gave women a private space to be honest with themselves without shame. A place to notice patterns, process emotions, reflect on behaviors, and revisit those thoughts later with more clarity and awareness.
This journal doesn’t ask surface-level questions.
It asks the kind that sit with you.
The kind that make you pause.
The kind that expose what you’ve been avoiding.
The kind that force you to admit where you’ve been settling, shrinking, disconnecting, or pretending you don’t need more.
Because deep down you already know.
Over 12 weeks, V POWER moves intentionally through confession, confrontation, embodiment, and self-trust.
Weeks 1–4 = confession
Weeks 5–8 = confrontation
Weeks 9–12 = embodiment / realization / standards
Inside you’ll find:
— Weekly poetic reflection openers that feel like private conversations with yourself
— Guided prompts that go beyond “self-care” and into honesty
— Free-write pages for the thoughts you don’t say out loud
— Weekly check-ins to track emotions, cravings, patterns, boundaries, and shifts
— Phase close reflections every four weeks
— “Drop the Mic” quote pages that hit exactly when they need to
This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about becoming harder to ignore.
