Returns

Due to the nature of our products, used (or open products depending on the product) products cannot be returned or replaced. However, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

RETURNS 

 If you would like to initiate a return for a refund outside of the reasons listed under replacements, you are required to cover the return shipping cost. If it is found that the returned item(s) are used or damaged, we reserve the right to deny your refund. To avoid, please ensure that proper protectant shipping materials are used. You can return your unused items for a refund of the purchase price (lesser the shipping) within 14 days of receiving an order. Returns payment will be placed back via the original payment. 

 REPLACEMENTS

If for any reason, the item(s) you receive do not match your order due to an error on selectsscents.com part or are defective or damaged, we will promptly replace them at no additional cost to you. Please note that we require a photo or photos of the deficiencies. If you are unable to provide a photo that clearly shows the issue, we reserve the right to deny your request.  You can submit a request for replacements within 14 days of receiving an order. You can email this information along with your order number to info@selectsscents.com for replacement shipments. In the unlikely event that an item needs to be replaced due to one of the causes above, we will cover the replacement cost.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange any items, you are responsible for the cost of those new products. Items are only replaced due to the reasons listed under replacements.
